What do we do with the data collected through the option of sending resumes and access to job vacancies on HST?
Resumes are stored through the platform developed by Saturday Drive INC (“Ninja Forms”) headquartered in the United States, which is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and FTCA (Federal Trade Commission Act) and who act as processors of this data. We collect the position of interest, first name, last name, email, phone number, LinkedIn url and resume.

As data controllers, we restrict access to personal data in resumes only to those employees and business partners who need access to communicate information about the recruitment process and possibilities of specific job vacancies related to the user’s application.
We collect the data sets to recognize and analyze usability behaviors, device usage (mobile, tablet, and computer), and perform personalized advertising.

We use Youtube tools on our website, developed by Google, Inc (“Google”), where the information is processed in the United States. The functionality exploited through this tool enables the visualization of videos on our site. It is a video widget that enables the streaming of videos published on Youtube on this website.
